Default 2007 Triple Draw thread

saw that was moved here. is it a copyright violation? ESPN never aired it and as far as i know never will air it...

That thread came from Other Poker, so I assume Ryan or Mat did it. If that is against the rules, you should know those links were posted in TV. It was also posted in TC/WSOP, but entertainme got to it.

As for why, it doesn't matter if ESPN never aired it, they still own the copyright. They sell the episode on DVD.

ESPN hosted it on their site for a brief period, and then sold it as a special addition on their WSOP DVD. Unfortunately it's copyright infringement since it wasn't given to YouTube by ESPN. ESPN has asked YouTube to remove their content before, its pretty clear that hosting a full without permission would be infringement as well.

PS - as pointed out already, this was discussed in a thread in this forum not long ago.
