BTN: $262.20

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BTN raises to $4.00, Hero calls $3.00, BB folds

Flop: ($10) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $8.00, BTN raises to $16.00, Hero raises to $60.00, BTN calls $44.00

Turn: ($130) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $75.00, BTN calls $75.00

Also, how's my bet sizing and turn play ?

Shove, he still calls with a ton of two pairs, and he doesnt necessarily have a jack.

Also I like closer to $100 on the turn

Bet bigger on turn... You are giving any pair with a descent draw good enough odds to call.

He caught something on the flop (AhKh, KK-TT, AQ, QT, 9T, KJ!! ?) He's not likely to have a straight at the turn yet unless he's got KJ and flopped a straight... Make him pay to draw and check/fold this river. If he's got a bigger set you have my permission to go broke

GL

EDIT: maybe call river. If your (idiot) opponent would valuebet anything other than a straight...

He's not an idiot to the point where he value-shoves worse, and seeing how the board played out, he has 2pair+ on the river. So if I check, I have to fold to a shove.

I disagree

I think shoving and c/c are both terrible

Maybe it's a fold but I still think its tough with over half our stack already in the pot.

Could we try maybe a $75ish blocking bet assuming if he shoves he always has the straight.

Maybe it is a c/f, I would just hate it.

I c/f this, as he's checking behind every hand you beat, while not bluffing anything (presumably his hand already has showdown value)

If you are folding sets, then he shouldn't ever check behind here, no matter what he has.
