Default 100NL, AKo+position preflop: back to basics

Villain is 17.8/15/1.97 over 700 hands. Folds to cbet is 100, att to steal is 33.3.

Reads:
With KK, he raised one limper 5x preflop, bet the flop, checked the turn and then bet the river.
He raised A6o from the SB, checked the flop with TPNK, led the turn and river.
Earlier this session, I raised from MP, the CO called and he 3-bet from the BTN. I shoved and they both folded.

AK seems to be trouble hand for me but I would call this IP, probably 4-bet OOP.

I would 4bet AK both IP and OOP unless the guy is really tight or some other special reasons (I raise UTG, whole table folds and BB repops). That said I would 4bet here.

4-bet to how much, and what's your general plan after that?

4-bet to 40$, call a shove. If he's being retarded and just calls, I'm calling a shove if we hit, folding to a shove if we miss, and shoving if he checks regardless of the board.

Some of the time I'm calling with the plan of shoving over his c-bet when we miss. dry 9-J hi flops are pretty good for that in my experience.
