His turn bet is really weak. I'm really liking popping it right there to push him off a 10 or 7.

Also, this seems like as good of a spot as any to lead the turn representing a pair of aces, or turned aces up.

I'm definitely firing that turn again for a couple of reasons. First, it's a scare card for him and most weak players immediately assume you just hit your ace. I think a 3/4 PSB will win 50% or more here, making it plenty profitable. Second though, and more importantly I think, is that another bet from you disguises your flush draw and builds up a larger pot so you can get more money on the river if you hit. This is especially nice in situations where you hit your flush draw and villain also hits his 2-pair, set, straight, whatever. When you bet, villain won't be thinking flush draw and will often raise. If you check the turn and then fire the river when you get your flush, villain is going to be scared and will often call even with strong hands like 2-pair, sets, straights, etc.

Bet turn again, they might be on a flush/straightdraw aswell or on a 10 or 7.
Play more agressively!

Bet more on river. Maybe Pot-size it. Or maybe overbet shove it. If he bought in short, he might just be looking for a double-up hit and run, so give him that chance.
He's got about $11 left, so he only needs to call it about 18% of the time for it to be as profitable as the $2 bet, assuming you know he calls that 100% of the time. You'll get called by 2pr sometimes, some sets, and every lower flush (which, judging by the weakish turn bet, he might have been on a draw as well)
