Default 400NL - Calling 3bet pots for set-value vs 2

I actually feel silly posting this, but is it a call or a fold? I haven't seen villain 3-betting excessively.

Party Poker

Hero (SB): $392.00
BB: $1,100.90

Every pocket pair? What about JT/T9/98/87/76 suited?

I prefer not to because in 3 bet pots drawing is really expensive on the flop

I would rather fold to the first raise than the second one.

This was me testing the waters at 400...So I was trying to edge myself in gently and didn't think about 3-betting this...But yeah, good call.

Why do I make the call by the way? Is it only for set-value? Villain bets 10% of his hands, meaning he's 3-betting even less than that. If the board comes 8 high, am I still chucking this?

And KingGordy...why would you fold to the first raise given his stats? ...Or at all?

I wouldn't, I'm just saying the second call is more +EV than the first.
