4 handed 40 game with Mike L, Roc, a fish, and another fish that is me. I think at this point in the night the three of us are all feasting on the fish's delicious innards, but Mike just moved to my left from my right a little bit ago. I have been playing very spazzy on the flop including putting like 9 bets in with a draw because I wanted a free card REALLY bad and then replicating the same situation later when I flopped a straight only to get him to donk into me on the turn after a lot of flop bets because he thought I had a draw again.

Mike raises first in, Roc, folds, fish folds somehow, he was probably eating because he plays so terrible and loose from the small blind, I call in BB with K7o.

I check, he checks. Okay that's weird he must be trapping me.

Turn: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
I won't fall for it, I'm going to check/fold, but then he checks again.

River: 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Now I chop with K9/K8 which are the only realistic hands that I can see being ahead of me and I really want someone to call me with Jack or Ten high tonight so I bet.

Why can't he have a hand like KJ? Also what makes you think he'll call with jack high? This is pretty awful.

Oops. I can't see him playing a pair like this, if so I guess you might as well bet. Still I don't think jack high is calling.

I dont know exactly how Mike plays but I bet he can still have KK,Qx,JJ here. River is still a check/fold for me. Mike took a very defensive line which means he probably has something. If he had nothing he would just bet the flop. Mike isnt calling the river with Jack high cuz he cant have Jack high.
