What's the play here? Can we find a fold or do we call and pray if we're behind the draw hits?

Fold.

Range here has to be overpairs, better 8x, spade overs and you have 4-5 clean outs.

Why not?
Is this because its a 4/180 donkament?
Do you really put villain on a draw only?

think about this a little:

1) you're getting over 2-1. You need to win the pot like 30% of the time to break even.
2) We have 7 outs against a dominating 8, 9 against an overpair. twice.
3) we're often ahead. There are a ton of draws that people shove with here, including a hand like 56 or something, overcards or spades.

I ruled out overpairs because I think he's raising 99+ from CO.

This is a very loose range for villain, don't you think?

Super easy call, you have >>>the needed 30% equity, there's a zillion different draws he could, and have you outs against better hands.
