Should I even bother to bet here? I did it for value, but on the other hand, it's very marginal and someone of those 3 has to have {33,44,77,99+}, right? All thoughts on this hand are welcome.

C/f it man IMO. You have the worst possible position in a 4way pot and getting to showdown is gonna be a bitch. If it checked to me on the BTN, yeah I def bet it.

donking this flop is your worst option. you cant call a raise so if you continue youre going to have to 3 bet all in as a bluff. but even then youre only making it 60 more and villain is calling with everything other than air.

and like barry mentioned youre never getting to showdown cheaply with 4 guys in the pot. c/f looks weak but i agree that its best here.
