Gross turn
Villian is a 41/17/1.47 LAG over 900 hands or so. Ive seen him wait until the turn to raise top pair on a few occasions when he was in position, but cant recall him being too out of line with bluffs and semibluffs.

I call this down vs. a lag. Checking the turn isn't a bad ideabecause the flop doesn't have many draws.

You need to be ahead about 30% here to justify calling down, considering villain - if behind - has better draws than you. This seems like a straightforward fold unless villain has forced to you fold on other turn cr(s)
