How likely is this a simple A high bluff bet? Opairs would raise in my head, but im so not sure cuz NL 10 is so full of loose passive players ..

I'd just shut down after being called on the flop. Second barrels are rarely good on boards like this and just wind up costing you money: He's not folding if he has a flush draw or pocket pair and you're paying a lot of money to find out which he has is, IF he misses his flush.
