Raise more PF. Bet a bit more on flop. As played, I probably call the river, but I'm not too sure.

make it like $5 or $6 pf and bet close to pot on the flop.

The turn sucks especially against two opponents but i'd still bet it as their flop calling range is probably pretty wide

Thanks for the responds.

Do you call that bet? What do you put him on? That bet really seemed to come out of left field.

like cbboy i am indifferent really but probably lean more towards a call.

I'd expect the average player to bet the turn with a K, He is probably value betting a 10 or bluffing enough to make calling profitable but i'd say its quite close

Can he really be expecting a call from something that he beats with a pair of tens?

Was I way off thinking this was KT or a set?

Yes. Just because the K comes, it doesn't mean that it hit him. Don't be so quick to give people credit for hands just because a certain card comes. If the turn was a 2, do you still say he has KT? I think I bet the turn as well. If they are folding Tx here, then you aren't double barrelling enough and/or they are playing a very weak/flawed game.

probably not but an aggro player would be raising/betting the flop or turn with KT or a set nearly always.

It's difficult to put him on a hand really (maybe 89,T9,J10,56)

It's close either way

River is pretty close I think. It doesn't look like villain has a K, but more likely is that he's spiked two pair or perhaps even a straight on the river. On the flip side, after having shown weakness on two streets, villain could well be putting in a bluff to take down a reasonably sized pot.

KT and sets are extremely unlikely, I think, for the simple reason that they do not get checked through on the turn. 99 is definitely in his range, though.

Oh yeah, and for preflop raising it's pretty useful to use the formula of 4 x BB + 1BB for every limper, and then you might even add on a little bit more because you're out of position. So here I would have made it 5 or 6. Apart from anything, betting 3 is bad because you have a very strong hand and you want to build a pot with it.
