wtf does this guy do? (bathroom experience)

Alright, so I'm sitting in one of the stalls at my office taking a [censored]. I hear the door to the bathroom open, someone walks over to the urinal and unzips. I can tell who the guy is because he was just getting off the phone when he came in. He's an older guy (probably like 50). So he starts pissing - and he's making all this noise, like grunting. And you can hear the piss coming out like 1 squirt at a time (almost like what happens when you have a hard on and try to piss).

So this goes on for a few moments and then he goes over to the sink and washes his hands. So I was like okay, he's old and has to force it out. I was expecting him to walk out of the bathroom then, but instead he walks into the stall beside me and unzips his pants again. I can see his feet under the edge of the stall and they're aimed sideways (like he is definitely not sitting on the head) and I hear him unrolling the toilet paper ... so I figure he's wiping the seat off.

Nope, I hear him wiping his ass then. He gets more toiled paper like 4-5 times and then flushes the toilet, pulls his pants back up, washes his hands again, and leaves.

So wtf? Did he try to piss so much that he [censored] his pants? I'm so confused...

edit: and oh yea, today was the 3rd time this happened...

He prob has an enlarged prostate and can't piss for nothing. No clue with the wiping the ass thing. Maybe he had a wet fart and needed to clean up a little. Lol sharts!

Here's what it is...

The guy does not wipe thoroughly in the morning. During the course of the day, he sweats and it gets a little muddy back there.

While pissing, he feels the moistness of his backside. So, he goes inthe stall and cleans it up.

If it's from not wiping well enough in the morning, why not just take the extra couple seconds to do a better job so then you don't have to do it several times a day thereafter.

Or use a baby wipe if it's honestly that hard to get your ass crack clean.

This is pretty disturbing but I think the courtesy wipe theory is the most reasonable.

I work at university and a few years ago I walked in to the bathroom to find a student hanging his wet clothes over top of the stalls to dry, presumably after just having washed them in the sink.
