I think you're roi might go down slightly but you're hourly rate would be higher, which is essentially the same case for any form of multitabling.

I used to be able to 8 table 6max, but I had to take some time to adjust to 2 tables of HU, from 1. I think 3 would be my theoretical max.

To answer your question, yes you can make way more money once you get used to it obviously, and it does not take long.

I would even venture to say that the average player's win-rate would not drop by half or more when venturing to learn to 2-table.

Probably not, but all people are different.

Obviously, with more practice, you'd approach your theoretical 1 tabling ROI.

cash game might be more easy to multitable because you can wait for spots. In NLTRN, you have to make plays and you have to read your opponents more. You are in a hurry because of the blinds increasing. I don't play cash game because I only have an account on Stars, but I soon will. Well, sometimes I do it when I multable 6max and the game comes down to 2 players. That is how I discovered that. Do you, guys, who play NLCash HU feel the same?

If you're winrate at any given level is less than 60% I probably would not recommend two tabling that level.

An exception would be a winrate of 59% and you being pretty good at two tabling and most importantly being able to handle bad variance without tilting.

Otherwise whatever your winrate decreases to will likely bring more variance and then more tilt and you'll turn into a less profitable player.

I'm not sure of your winrate and your ability to handle tilt though, so I cannot give accurate advice here.

Also, you need a bigger bankroll for multitabling because of variance.
