Default Fun and games at the Rio, 5/10nl

I'm sitting with enough to cover the table, and have been generally aggressive, but not too crazy. Table is generally passive, not that great but there arent many solid players to deal with, nor are there many deepstack decisions. Button is older, wearing a WSOP hoodie (generally a pretty strong fish indicator), and apparently frustrated at a lack of decent hands (he's recently done the "really hard angry muck preflop" maneuver in response to yet another lame starting hand).

I open Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] to 50 in LMP, Button calls, blinds fold.

Flop is J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I lead 100, he instacalls.

Turn is 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I lead 200, he instacalls again.

River is T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I think and check, he thinks for a little while then announces "all-in", for about 1000. Then he buries his face in his hood, and stares down at the felt.

Call or fold?

Dump. Is he really insta anything but a draw? This is a very big tell from live monkeys. On the turn, you would think he would atleast think for a second if he either had the straight, 2 pair, or set.

a few thoughts:

1) do i ever have a flush here, given the way i played flop turn and river?
2) isn't that river a huge scare card, that he could use to try and chase me off whatever i have?
3) if he actually has a flush, would he shove and hope i called for the chop, or would he valuebet and almost guarantee i call for the chop?
4) what do you put him on when he instacalls flop and turn here?

I guess these are questions of leveling, but thats pretty much how it always is.

i think i call here.

he probably had the straight on the flop/turn (with T8s/JTs/TQs) and now just got counterfeited so is shoving the river to push you of the hand.

i also think he probably bets less with the flush because he knows its a scarecard and you arent calling a push with most of your range.

of course he could easily be second levelling in this regard.

but yeah i call.

Yeah, this does look fishy. If you anticipated a float from him, why not c/r the turn?
