Default Flop Top and Bottom 2 pair with interesting turn action

His turn action really confused me. I don't see a ton of hands limping that beat me. KT, T8, QJ maybe, but then I get min-raised on an irrelevant (or so it seems) turn. Do you guys play this differently? For the record, i'm probably not calling more than a 1/2 pot sized bet on the river.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $2,046.95
Hero (BB): $200.95
UTG: $195.00
MP: $445.30
CO: $233.80
BTN: $77.35

Preflop: Hero is dealt J 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, CO calls $2.00, BTN calls $2.00, SB calls $1.00, Hero checks

Flop: ($8) 9 Q J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $8.00</font>, CO calls $8.00, BTN calls $8.00, SB folds

Turn: ($32) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $22.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $44.00</font>, BTN folds, Hero calls $22.00

River: ($120) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO checks

Pot Size: $120.00 ($3 Rake)

nh.

I agree with, "For the record, i'm probably not calling more than a 1/2 pot sized bet on the river."
