what allergy medicine works?

[censored]!! They mowed the yards in my neighborhood today and im dieing. My left eye and nostril are just like running and im sneezing like crazy. Do any of the short term relief stuff work? Ive never had much luck with anything. Help me please.

All the short term crap like Clarityn only work for those who suffer mildly from it. Go to your Doctor, there's an injection you can get. I get it every summer and it clears up any symptoms in a couple weeks and am 100% free from it from then on.

I dont normaly have bad allergies. I try to eat local honey in the spring/summer which really does seem to help but i havent picked any up yet this year. IM just looking for something that is supposed to help short term.

Just buy a standard antihistamine like Benadryl. Might make you sleepy though.

I took reactin and it worked fine for my cat allergies and my outside allergies, but my allergies aren't very serious.
