Good or Bad Bubble Call?

Since I'm posting, you know how the hand must have turned out. But this is a home tourney. It is a three-player bubble b/c we pay 70/30. Blinds are 200/400, and not due to rise imminently. Totals include blind posting:

UTG: 8600 and pushes all in
Hero: 6400
BB: 8800

How high a win % do I need to call here? Am I correct that the 70/30 payout requires me to call more often than I would with 50/30/20? The link for ICM is down or I'd try to do the math myself.

BTW, I had 88.
