A question about trading

Someone wants to trade me their Stars money for Full TIlt.

If I originally funded my Stars account through epassporte with like $50 will I be able to turn around a cash out what I get from him at stars into epassport so I can get my money back on full tilt?

the only reason im considering is cause he said he'd send first and give me $1k.

If you've deposited only $50, have a 1K transfer and try to withdraw it, you ill most likely get flagged by security.

I added the accidentally omitted "s" to his "want" in "Someone want to trade me their Stars money for Full TIlt" and added paragraphing, etc. (I suspect that English isn't his mother tongue.)
