Default Late stages of MTT 10/1 rebuy.

Blinds 10k/20k
28 people left in a $10/1 rebuy
Top 9 pays very well, but 10-28 kinda suck
I have 238k chips
Villan has 285k

I am in 2nd position, and I raise to 20k (dumb)
Villian pushes from mid position

What do I do? What would you have done differently. I'm assuming you don't just fold TT, so you either entered the pot by limping or raising like 3x. What do you do when the guy comes over the top in all of the scenarios?

He pushed, which essentially raised to 235k. I was assuming a coinflip most likely, and I think it was the right move to go for one.
