Default HOH I typo hand 6-12

Just in case the 2+2 folks ever make a 2nd edition:

Hand 6-12 has the big blind folding to a UTG minraise preflop.

The book then says at the end that the BB won the pot with 87 offsuit when it flopped a straight. The next paragraph describes the small blinds preflop call with 87 offsuit as "hopeless"

You are right, it's a typo. The small blind won the pot! I'm surprised these errors are not corrected in the current edition.

Minor note on HOH II 10-8:

SB also has a gutshot straight draw which gave him a total of 10 outs on the flop (8d would give reader a boat). The following wording is not particularly clear either:

"Remember the small blind's M is under 3! He should have just pushed all-in."

I assume that Harrington intends for the SB to push on the flop rather than check-raise. But it could be interpreted that the SB should have pushed preflop (into 4 other players) rather than just complete. I'm not sure that is sound advice with 75s, even with an M of 3...

As compared to calling it is. In that short of a situation, I'd definitely fold > push > call.

If that is the case, why does he advocate just calling here:

11-20

You've got 2380 before posting the BB of $500. UTG minraises to $1000. You have Q6o and Harrington advises you to call because of the pot odds.

What the [censored]. Isn't this a clear-cut case of push/fold?
