Default Goodbye Luckboxes, Hello Donkament Wins.

My friend and I have had luckboxes (yeah, actual physical shoeboxes covered in duct tape)for over one year. We've made some money, but recently we've been running horridly.

I was down to $600 on my stake, my friend had been even for the summer, so we decided something must be done.

Since when we made luckboxes, we figured all our luck would be kept inside (good luck, bad luck, everything), but if we could bury them far, far away, we would simply have neutral luck.

So we drove 6 miles out of town, smashed them with a shovel and bat, and buried them in the county park.

Lo and behold, we get to simultaneous final tables and each get first place. 4.7k (LifeTilt4Life on FTP) for me, 3.4k for friend (fuggfrist on FTP).

I know it may be -EV to give this advice out, but I think you all should know.

I am bored today, I actually am going to make a luckbox. Is making it out of paper ok, or should it be cardboard at least? Inside out cornflake box or do I need to buy cardboard? What do I put in it as well?

omg whenever you suckout on someone quickly open the luckbox lid and rub it over you, then shut the lid quickly before the next hand starts.
