Default Flopped set vs. river crai on scary board

Cryptologic - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 3 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $90.00
BB: $18.50
Hero (BTN): $225.20

Reads: Villain has only been playing for about 4 (3-handed) orbits during which time I have been very active, winning almost every pot and have moved all-in for 100bb's twice causing him to fold (once I c-bet then crai the turn when a third club fell, and once he 3-bet from the BB and I shoved). Feels like he is fed up with me.

Preflop: Hero is dealt 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero raises to $3.00, SB calls $2.50, BB folds

Flop: ($7) A K 5 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $5.00, SB calls $5.00

Turn: ($17) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $12.00, SB calls $12.00

River: ($41) Q (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $32.00, SB raises all-in to $80.00, Hero ?

I should note that I bet this river because I believed he would be extremely reluctant to fold to me again.

I guess I get a little crazy with v-betting thin when I've been running the table over. You might be right. Call or fold as played though?
