Tipping at Foxwoods - Any Real Way I Can Help Out Individual Dealers?
There have been a select few dealers who were fabulous the last few times I played at Foxwoods, but since the majority of the dealers I had were untalkative/downright rude and the tips are pooled, there's no real motivation for me to tip well, if at all. I'd imagine going up to one after their shift is done is rather sketch and they'd get in trouble on-camera, but is there anything I can do for good ones besides telling the floor manager what a great job one or two are doing?

No, the dealers suck, there is no incentive for them to do good so they have to be the worst in the country. Last week the dealer took 2$ with a cutoff poster and a raise, but no flop, the guy said something, she rolled her eyes and threw the 2$ at him. In 20-40 I tip 1 out of 4 pots maybe, but I'll usually tip a good dealer whos been there and knows me by name every pot i win that he deals ( steve, lynne, joe,bihn) and ill tip a couple other female dealers just cause im tryin to bang them. In 75-150+ no one ever tips so i dont either because they suck and dont expect it anyway.
