i dont like c/f at all.
b/f is fine, cause you're ahead a good portion of the time and you dont want to give free cards; further i dont see him bluff-raising this turn c/c is fine, if you expect him to bet with anything he'd float flop with (i think this is probably true for villian here) who is villian on 2p2? |

I'm betting 13 on the flop. Check fold is fine against this guy. Seems too nitty to be floating you all that often.
