Default Heroic river call?

100NL 6-Max

I don't have poker tracker, I'm afraid. Villan is unexceptional, but the open limp from button suggests he's no world beater

I have 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] in SB

Effective stacks are 100BB

3 folds. Button limps, Hero raises to 5, BB folds, Button calls.

Flop: 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (pot 11)
Hero bets 8, Button calls.
Standard c-bet, I've got a gutshot too

Turn A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (pot 27)
Hero bets 18, Button calls.
Nice scare card so I fire again

River 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (pot 63)
Hero checks, Button bets 31.50, Hero...
I can't see what he can have here. Most one pair hands check behind don't they? His line seems very passive for a monster, especially on a draw heavy board. Does A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]x [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] bet? I'm tempted to call hoping to see QJ or a flush draw. Or is this madness?

he has got a lot of craphands that beat you here espec if "but the open limp from button suggests he's no world beater" i think if you want to play here you should raise but im known to spew on the river lol so i dont know if you want to take my advice. if you raise the hero call is up to him with QT becaus that river dosent change a thing and why would you checkraise it. giving up is fine, much less variance

call, his line is really bluffy, he has to be really terrible to check 2pairhere.. the only thing u can be worreied about is ace flushdraw and at the price you're getting you can make this call
