Need Wood

So, I've been learning Golf for 3 months and going out to the fields for the first time.. hitting mid 90's so far, and I'm really enjoying it.

I have everything except woods, and I was wondering which affordable "used" ones I should get. I need something that will give me 170-200 yards, as I'm having trouble hitting with 3 and 4 irons.

Any recommendations would be great

Try to refer to the places where you play golf as courses, not fields.

I would suggest you get two woods. One in the 14-17* loft range, and one about 19-22*. Brand doesn't matter, just get one that feels good to you. Most of the bigger golf stores have little hitting areas to test them out.

When you get a little more serious about the game, get custom fitted and buy a good new set.
