Default players per flop

How is this percentage calculated in Stars lobby? Sorry if this isn't the place to ask.

Thanks

Does it matter? The higher the better. It would seem they are not counting the blinds, but it isn't the actual number that matters, it's the relative number.

I dont think they exclude the blinds. (Or how come that 3handed tables usually have 70%?)
I think the canonical way is to compute it from the last 100 hands.

And I think it does matter:
For Fullring: I like a 40%+ table, and will be willing to wait for such tables.
For 6max: I like it to be 60%+. When I am seeing only 35% tables at for instance Full Tilt Poker I am really hesitant to cash in there for reasons others than rakeback. For there are so many better sites.
