Default 5NL 99 facing AI on the river

Villain is a regular at this level. Should I have slowed down at any point? Fold on the river maybe?? Thoughts would be appreciated.

the hell?

flop-his range is like Jx/sometimes weak draws like 89/sometimes [censored] like 88/55/etc/sometimes a 7.

i would typically check the turn. are you bluffing or value betting?

anyways, given the river, i think your pretty toast. i would c/f most times. he's not going to be betting the river with much that you beat, and there arent really many draws he could be bluffing either (on the flop).

I put him on A8 or A7 so i really don't know what I was attempting there. Bad hand overall.
