I laughed in his face

I am very good at just laughing on the inside at stupid people but this 25-30 y/o guy was just too much for me. I laughed at this guy at my table like 10 times in a $150 at the Hard Rock last week. after a few times 1 guy picked up on this too and lol'ed at the guy and called him a donk. So this guys wearing a hoodie, has the shades on his head, and a little card protector that is 3 inch high pedistal with a globe that can be spun on it. He gets his cards and waits till the action is on him, then looks at everyone like he can read their brain (even the people after him who obv haven't looked at their hand yet), pauses for about 5 seconds to take in all the info. Now he looks at his hand, pauses again, then moves the little pedistal globe onto his cards and spins the globe. Then pulls his shades down and reads everyones thoughts again. He then stares at his chips for about 10 seconds and sloooooowly reaches over and grabs chips then LIMPS. after a an 1/2 hour of this i noticed that he was taking almost a minute if he had to decide how much to raise or an easy turn decision. so evertime the action got to him i told the dealer to put the clock on him.
