Film Avatar - What it do?

I'm sure I missed it, but how did the film canister become relevant enought to become part of so many avatars?

Tug - you seem fairly active today? Care to explain?

Whoops, saw this after I had already changed it.

It's a pretty lame inside-ish joke from the ATF forum, which is of course the new BBV4L - which WAS the new OOT. Turns out a lot of noobs were choosing that as their avatar for some reason.

Plus, kipin made me a nice D'Antoni avatar that I felt obligated to keep for a few weeks after they got cheated out of the playoffs. Film avatar was a brief stopover on my inevitable return to the pic of my boy AsH.
