Littlewood Casino bonus disappeared after I completed WR???

I played Littlewoods today and noticed I had 2 past bonuses from October and November 2005 pending. I met the WR for the first one and it appeared in my account. Then when I met the WR for the second and checked the cashier all I had was my current balance. The bonus I already earned was gone and the 2nd one was not applied. WTF? Do they expire after a certain time?
Also when I deposited the FEB bonus never appeared. I'm confused... Anyone?
