However, I would check the turn through and c/f the river, you don't beat many other aces, JQ got there and so did 78.

I think you played it fine. Other option would be to check turn and call a river bet.

A river bet could have value at these stakes, I really have no idea. You can also check turn, and call a river bet/valuebet if checked to.

This seems just fine though.
