This is actually a very interesting spot because the villains hand range is not very clearto me. ak, aq seem possible, do u think this guy raises flop with ak, aq or a8.
personally i am putting my stack in on the turn probably because the board is quite draw heavy he may have some combo draw.

bet the turn and look to get all in by the river. when u hit 2 pair on this board with a4, i think you should be almost always looking to get all in by the river for value.
