Default Great nutrition link

I just wanted to share this great nutrition website I found (it may have been posted on this forum, but I think I saw it elsewhere). It's from Harvard School of Public Health, so it's fairly authoritative. I think the whole site is worh a read. Most interesting is their updated food pyramid.

In fact, an egg is a much better breakfast than a doughnut cooked in an oil rich in trans fats or a bagel made from refined flour.
