I like it, I think his betsize indicates a bluff very often.

The only problem I see is what villain would put hero on, since there aren't a lot of hands that would bet two barrels and call the river bet and lose to villain's hand. |

I dont like this as much as others have said, I think its pretty close and I would err on the side of folding. I think this is usually a value bet from a jack here. A 25/16 is very likely to raise a draw before he gets to the river, and if he didnt I dont think he would full pot bluff.

depends on some metagame factors, if you have called thin against this opponent before, i think he could be valuing QJ-AJ thinnly. if he has been checking behind with medium strength hands, its an easy call. With no read i would close my eyes and call.
