Default Should I apply for a job dealing in Vancouver?

I've heard a couple casinos in Van city are looking for dealers. Anyone know how well you get paid / how long it takes to work your way up from blackjack to poker dealing?

You should call the rooms in question and ask them hiring procedures, recommended training places, etc. Every room is different, and this is the fastest and most reliable way to get the information you desire.

my gf went through the month long training program through great canadian casino.
she then dealt blackjack for awhile, hated it and quit.
i believe she said it took about a year to move to poker.

seems like a [censored] job though, especially having to invest so much time dealing other games to get there.
