US players and online poker Stars, FTP

I am sure this has already been posted and discussed somewhere but could not find it. So first please do not fire on me because i didnt find it. Secondly here is my question. I took a break from online poker for almost a year now and pulled all my money from my stars account. Well now i am ready to come back and start building a new bankroll on the low to middle sngs again, playing 30-35hrs a week just look back in the good ol days. With the new legislation laws coming out i was just wondering are US players still allowed to play online poker on both stars and FTP and deposit/withdrawl cash? And if so, for how long can i play until the laws ban US players from playing online? Anyone with useful information would be greatly appreciated.
