If it's been that nuts, wait for a better opportunity. If you're ahead you probably have to dodge 3 or all 4 overcards, and if you're behind then you'll have to start mixing it up with the knuckleheads sooner.

Yep. Let them knock each other out - you can afford to wait for a better spot, and TT doesn't look good with that action ahead.
