Default hand vs fish

I was following my instinct here, if he had me beat he would bet i think. He would sometimes overestimate his hands.

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $25.10
<font color="black">Hero (BB): $22.75</font>
UTG: $4.65
CO: $22.15
BTN: $80.66

CO posts $0.35

UTG folds, CO checks, BTN calls $0.25, SB folds, Hero checks

Hm. yeah. I know these situations. I tend to bet more like 1.9 on the turn. If he calls that and then bets the river like this, I'm pretty sure that I can fold. He often has a random 9, 66, 77, 88 or a random K here. The flush draw on the flop make this call better. But the only credible hand that he could be "overestimating" is a split pair of 2s which would be kind of weird for such a big river bet. He'd just check behind most of the time.

i felt like he was bluffing a busted draw. Pple usually call these flop bets with any 2, and since there was a straight draw and a 2 flush draws out there i thought could call this.

wow.
i think i am check/folding this hand.
I like to valuebet better holdings and in limped pots i don't like to build pot with weak hands that has decent showdown value.
but if you had your read then follow it.
