Default How do i add songs to ipod without syncing everything?

everytime i add a "playlist" or even just 1 song to an existing playlist in itunes, i have to re-sync my entire library of playlists onto my ipod which takes forever.

is there anyway to add just new songs and playlists without having to re-sync all my playlists?

You just have to check 'manually manage music' in iTunes. I had the same problem recently.

I found the answer by going to the APPLE WEBSITE and reading the DOCUMENTATION AND SUPPORT THE COMPANY PROVIDED FOR THEIR PRODUCT. How novel!

Syncing blows except when you first get the iPod. Change to manualy manage in preferences/options/something like that.

I've got rhapsody, and I've changed away from syncing to manual, but it's still a long affair to have rhapsody check every damn file on both my player and my USB pen every time I fire it up. The USB pen isn't even authorized for transfers anyway, and I still have to chug through 1500 files on it. Bah.
