Default Quick small pot bluff check up

Guy was a short stack just a little while ago, so I'm assuming bad, but his double up that got him full was just a cooler, so nothing proven. Although he did limp 78o UTG. How's this line look against an unknown of this type? Also, how often should I be raising this flop?

looks like some sort of dark tunnel bluff from him. I doubt he knows why is really betting any street. Please name a better hand you think he folds for that price.

You don't think he folds AT or a weak 2 pair? What's a better price for that effect?

NOt trying to be condescending, just trying to be very clear that vs a guy who doesnt seem to know what he is doing, our hand is far more valuable for value, than for a bluff.
