Villain is a 21/14/3 seems decent. What range do you put him on after calling the flop? Give a percentage-probability if you will (%overpair, %flushdraw etc.)
So do you bet the turn or do you check, despite the obvious draws. I would bet $65. Flop is drawy/you are likely ahead here. His most likely hand is probably something like 68,78,44 or a flush draw. I expect him to raise a straight/set/two pair with that drawy of a board. Turn is a good card for you to fire again with the best hand.

*grunch* Gotta pot it I think. You're probably ahead protect your hand and dont let draws or overcards hit on the river. Its nice that we have postion. Check behind on river don't valuebet.
