So there are three men's bathrooms on my floor, the closest one to me (which is relatively new) has a different set of urinals from the other two. For all three, there are two urinals, one normal and one short (probably some stupid California thing). Well, I used the short urinal (someone in the tall one) wearing shorts for the first time (good weather, finally) and the urine splattered all over my lower legs. I have figured out the only dry way to use that one is to piss directly into the water at the bottom. Here's the terribly designed urinal:

yeah, short urinals are useless. It sucks you figured out the technique too late, but yeah, aim for the water. it'll still splash your feet, but better than wetting your legs.

This one is the worst one I've used. The bowl at the bottom is basically flat, stupid design. And considering I only wash my jeans like after 5 or 6 wears, I'm wondering how much piss accumulates for a given wear cycle.
