about stats

im having pretty bad downswing right now approximately (200BBdown)and trying to find out the leak.
majority of poker room shows your stats that include games won, flop seen, showdowns won, win% if flop seen.
i don't exactly know what this mean..
can anyone explain to me what this means?
i played 7440hands in 1/2 6max
these are my numbers.
games won: 10%
flop seen: 24%
showdowns won:71%
win% if flop seen:44%

6. Stat Posts

Posting your stats can help you to a degree, but don’t expect any great insights. To an astute observer, stats will reveal most major leaks and some minor ones, but no one can look at your stats and tell you how to be a winning player. In order for anything at all to be discerned from your stats, your sample size must be at least 10,000 hands with 30,000 being more useful.

A good stat post includes

-The stakes you play
-A screenshot of the “more details” window.
-A screenshot of the Position Stats tab
-A screenshot of the first section of the Misc. Stats tab is with the box next to “Show Only Hands That Were Not Folded” checked
-The word "stats" in the title

it looks like you are playing very weak tight.

you are folding too much pre and postflop. you will get much better constructive criticism by posting hand histories than by making an 7k hand incomplete stats post.
