I hate my river call. Does CO ever do this without a set? With these stats he likely limps small pairs and raises JJ-AA.

But what to do at the turn? Can I fold his reraise?

You can fold to the turn raise without a read. Since it was an unraised pot and you bet the flop and turn the CO knows you could have a big hand and he is raising you anyway.

But the real problem is you are OOP and will be forced to make a tough call on the river, although here he did make it easy for you to get away from it.

In position I would call and reevaluate on the river.
