Tourneys in AC

Hey -

I'm heading down to AC in a few weeks for the 2nd time since turning 21. When I went down the first time, I just played ring games, so I don't know the answer to this question.

My 20 year old friend is coming down with me. While we know he will be able to play ring (somewhere, at least) without being carded (hopefully), he is also interested in playing tournaments if possible.

My question is this: to play in tournaments, do you need to show ID/get a casino card at whichever place you're at? Or is there a possibility he may be able to play?

I had to show my ID to get paid when I cashed in a tournament at The Borgata.
