Default NL100: Can I fold a set here?

The guy seemed like a solid player and i feel that it is obvious he is representing a higher set or the straight here. Can I fold this? Does any one have any suggestions for this hand?

Respectfully, could you use a hand converter next time? They're in the sticky. Thanks.

pretty tough to put anyone on KJ, but play it more aggressively next time and you might find out before getting totally committed.

Please convert and put stakes in title next time.

Also, don't show the results. These things will help get you better responses.

yea you gotta play that flop more aggro. alot of [censored] turn cards can come and kill your action, i think 9s you should be raising pre flop too. SInce you did limp and hit your set this is not the type of flop to be slow playing on. Id raise it up on the flop and throw up when runebirk pushes.

dont think you would get off this hand anyway, but you need to bet the flop harder to protect your trips. In this instance, I think you would lose your money anyway, but it was weak play to slowplay on the flop and turn on a board like that. Playing at these limits, unless you cant possibly be outdrawn, dont bother slowplaying as people will generally call with a wide range of hands. also, look at the board and think why you are slowplaying? if the villan had a Q or 10 you will probably get a bet called or raised, if a K, J, 8 or A drops on turn then its not a good board for you, and if any card lower than an 8 drops, then its not going to improve anyones hand so slowplaying can only get you into trouble
