Default UTG Pre-flop

Assuming the table isn't overly aggressive pre-flop, is it ever a good idea limping pre-flop UTG?

maybe if the table is like you + 5 incredibly loose passives I could see limping 22-55.

unfortunately this situation rarely comes up.

usually you are just setting yourself up to be isolated OOP against a villain who knows you have a very marginal hand.
