left my anti depressants at home when I went for a 3day holiday.

now brutal withdrawal symptoms and I dont know how to make it thru this day.

was 18 mins. late to call my doctor to ask him what to do.

what r u taking? I know if I go a day or two without my effexor, I get dizzy spells.
