Default BR Managment strat!

I posted this in beginners. I was wondering if you guys could help.

Hey guys, i'll make this short. I have 800 dollars saved up for my roll. I'm 19 and my parents loathe online poker. I'm about to get a job making around 8/hour working approx 30 hours a week. Like 180 after taxish?
I've been reading 2p2 for about 5 months to get insight, and have developed a solid nlhe game, with some undertones on O8 and Omaha. I play exclusively on stars and am a tournament player.

I am horrible at bankroll managment. Say after working for two weeks i put 200 on stars. Play some 5$ sng's. I've a decent ROI, and I was wondering if anyone has some BR skills or articles they can give me.

Does anyone do mental excercises to keep them from tilting an/or keeping a solid game?

Thanks for all your time,

IJ

So... you have horrible bankroll management. You put $200 on stars n play $5 donkamanents, and you have a decent ROI. There's something about this paragraph that just doesn't make any sense to me.

150BB is all you need. Just buy in for half and that's 3 buyins. Anyone who goes on a 3 buyin downswing is bad, and you say you're good. Shouldn't have any problems.

I think this is sensible but I think you should try and be more disciplined about the limits you play and know what kind of BR you intend to be playing with.
